The upgrade, refurbishment & complete fit-out of an existing 15year old, 6000sq.m commercial property designed to create an outstanding contemporary workplace and a ‘new home’ for future business. The primary challenge being to give full consideration to the relocation of existing staff & operations, from their previous building, to a new home within East Point Business Park, Dublin.  Provision was made to accommodate 500+ people with the need to fully upgrade and enhance the interior environment of an existing building. 

 

The development of new office | workplace| training | learning accommodation went hand in hand with arvato’s continuing commitment to create a ‘great place to work’ and future growth plans for the business.  Key stakeholders | departments were engaged as part of the briefing process, with the aim of adopting an inclusive relationship with all parties throughout respective stages of the project.  The outcome being a project that was successfully delivered in line with an agreed timeline/programme and which exceeded client expectations.
