WE ARE HIRING
Senior Architect

· Min 5-10 years’ experience

· Studio position-Flexible/hybrid working conditions

· RIAI Registered preferable

· Must possess good communication & management skills.

· Competent technical skills for design detail packages.

· Project management ability.

· Proficiency required in REVIT, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, 3D Modelling, Sketch Up and Rendering / Visualisation.

· Must be well organised & possess the ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure.

· Be part of and work successfully within a creative, design-led team.

· Ability to complete projects from initial concept to client handover.

· Fluent English required

· Experience in both renovation, interior refurbishment and new build projects

· The ability to travel internationally when required.

· Client facing with the ability to develop new business opportunities

Relevant Experience:
-
· A good understanding of the design process & the ability to produce design drawings & presentations for proposals.
-
· Work through & produce feasibility exercises for clients.

· Possess a good working knowledge of the building regulations & their application.

· Possess a good working knowledge of the BCAR process & the BCMS system.
-
· Understand & apply the relevant statutory requirements for design with regards to Fire Safety & DAC compliance.

· Understand the planning process & assist the team with planning submissions.

· Design & production of construction details for communication to colleagues & clients.

· Liaise & co-ordinate architectural information for/with the contractor/s during tender & construction

· Carry out site inspections & liaise with contractors during build phase
-
· Undertake site / quality inspections & BCAR documentation
-
· Experience of projects within residential, housing development & commercial sectors
