PARK

Conceptual approach for a developed design to substantially extend and re-model an existing 1950’s property in South County Dublin.  A contemporary solution provides an elongated, pavilion styled extension to the rear, with the creation of increased space at both ground and first floor levels.

A combination of light brick, timber cladding and Sliding/bi-folding glazing offers and appropriate selection of materials with the new structure orientated to maximise its west facing aspect and links to the garden.

The re-modelled interior delivers living, kitchen, dining space and a new master bed & en-suite to the upper level; the new architecture integrated in its relationship with the existing building.
