As Architects and lead consultant, studio | dpsq have created the design for a new Aparthotel with planning permission for the exciting development, recently granted by An Bord Pleanala. The innovative scheme complements both the surrounding street scape & is integrated within the social fabric of its city centre location, providing a flexible, high level of accommodation for visiting guests.

The Serviced proposition includes a bespoke Café | Retail offer at ground floor/street level providing for both guests and the local community.  The destination will create individually configured suites, designed to offer guests a compact, yet connected ‘home from home’ environment; providing a comfortable base for the duration of their visit/extended stay.
