A recent initiative has seen the creation and publication of a Design & Specification Manual, produced in conjunction with D|RES Properties; intended to assist their consultant/contract teams in successfully implementing a suitable level of specification, as part of new build residential developments.  The purpose being to inform the design & cost estimate stage of an overall housing development; ensuring that critical aspects, including both the external and interior specification are considered at an early stage of a project.
