‘The Spirit of Dublin’
Teeling Whiskey engaged a professional design team led by architects and designer’s Studio | dsq to project manage and deliver this project, alongside their own marketing and brand home team. As part of the Failte Ireland Dublin Surprising Stories Scheme, a number of upgrades are being unveiled to enhance the storytelling and overall visitor experience at the Distillery.

studio | dsq collaborated with Outset, Crowley Models, Oakstein & the client team on the creation of the Marketing Suite for the Cherrywood Village development; working in conjunction with architects O’Mahony Pike, Urban Agency, Fletcher Priest & Grant Associates to help realise the vision.
Partnering Accor on the re-juvenation, refurbishment & re-positioning of Pullman Teranga Hotel | Dakar, Senegal.
studio | dsq were lead consultant on the refurbishment of this existing hotel, with a brief to create a new direction for the upscale brand and a ‘flagship’ for Africa. The overall scope encompassing the full upgrade of public areas, F&B offers & bedrooms, along with a separate pool & ocean destination.
studio | dsq fulfilled the role of Architect and lead consultant as part of the professional team on the upgrade & extension of Dalata’s largest hotel with a total of (609) bedrooms.
The development of new office | workplace| training | learning accommodation went hand in hand with Arvato’s continuing commitment to create a ‘great place to work’ and future growth plans for the business.
The outcome being a project that was successfully delivered in line with an agreed timeline/programme and which exceeded client expectations.

As Architects and lead consultant, studio | dsq have created the design for a new Aparthotel with planning permission for the exciting development, recently granted by An Bord Pleanala.
