Pullman Paris Bercy
‘the destination of choice within the 12th Arrondissement’
‘Pullman teamed up with some of the world’s most forward thinking designers’ – the Bercy project formed part of the metamorphosis of the brand’s Paris hotels and encompassed the creation of a new (120 Cover) Restaurant as part of the upgrade and soft refurbishment of the existing (396) bedroom hotel.
Studio | dpsq worked as lead consultant alongside the owners/investors and Accor to deliver an inspired solution; ‘Vinoteca’ by Pullman has a strong, innovative presence and is effectively integrated within the restaurant environment; key features such as a timber ‘Vine’ designed to unify the interior with an impactful, (400 bottle) glazed wine display and inviting entrance, clearly defined as part of the new identity L’ESPRIT DU EME
Our team completed the design & renovation of Pullman Paris Bercy guestrooms: with the brief being to give consideration to & continue the upgrade and enhancement of existing rooms within the hotel. An approach which balanced both the requirement for a new design aesthetic with an agreed budget for implementation
The upholstered / veneered, headboard wall creates a new focal point for guests: each room incorporating a bold & colourful statement of contemporary art, which gives an urban twist to a premium level of accommodation. A subtle lighting scheme along with the simple, elegant detailing of bespoke furniture & case goods combine to enhance the overall guest experience.
Our role was to create a unique experience within high quality, distinctive and cohesive surroundings, whilst reinforcing every aspect of the hotels location and Pullman as a premium brand.
